The Church

I always loved big, structured churches. Long aisles and imposing church structural designs captures me all the time. But there’s one church that I saw that captivated me. I first caught sight of Our Lady of Victories Church at a local news when it featured the church’s Palm Sunday celebration. The church is a traditional Catholic church and masses are said only in Latin. From the time I saw the feature on tv I knew I just had to go there. And it happened. On Maundy Thursday, I was able to go there and it looked like a chapel on the hill. Indeed, the church was situated at a very quiet location, I won’t say secluded, but yes, the location was in a not so frequented place. The choir was practicing that time and their voices sounded like those of the angels. It was a very solemn visit, there were only two people there praying the novena..I can’t help but capture the church’s beauty  on my camera.
